Another Reason to Hate the Cops ...

Donald Driver's dad beaten by Houston police after dispute

HOUSTON -- The father of Green Bay Packers wide receiver Donald Driver was beaten by Houston, Texas, police officers as they arrested him for outstanding traffic warrants, Driver's family members claimed Wednesday.

As they beat him and forced him to swallow something, the officers told Marvin Driver Jr. he was "going to see Jesus," according to relatives and community activist Quanell Evans, who identified himself as Quanell X.
"Mr. Marvin Driver Jr. is now at Hermann Hospital in ICU where he can't even speak," relatives said in a statement. "Doctors say there is some bleeding on his brain from blunt force trauma."

Police said Driver was arrested for outstanding traffic warrants and was found to be "unresponsive" upon his arrival at jail. Paramedics transported him to the hospital, they said. The Houston Police Department said in a written statement it takes the assault allegations "very seriously, and will begin a thorough investigation into the matter."

The two officers involved remain on duty pending further investigation, police said.
However, relatives and Evans called for the officers involved to be suspended or placed on administrative leave until the investigation is complete.
The incident began late Sunday when Driver was dropping his brother, Winston Driver, off after the two had moved furniture, family members said.

Officers stopped Marvin Driver Jr. in front of his mother's home, relatives said. An argument took place between police and Driver's family, as well as between Driver and officers over the language police were using, according to the written statement issued by family members.

Police told relatives Driver was being taken to jail for the outstanding warrants, relatives said. "Later, the family found out he never made it to the jail," the statement said.

Relatives at first alleged Driver was picked up several blocks away by paramedics and that he was lying bloody and unconscious in the street. However, Evans told reporters Wednesday afternoon he had spoken to paramedics, and they had told him they had picked Driver up at the jail, and that he was injured, semiconscious and unresponsive when they arrived.

Houston Fire Department spokesman Omero Longoria told CNN Driver was picked up at a police substation and taken to the hospital. He said he did not know when Driver arrived at the jail or what his condition was when paramedics arrived.
Evans showed reporters paper towels upon which he said Driver had written his account. On them, he said Driver wrote that the police took him behind a Valero gas station and beat him. The officers kneed Driver and elbowed him in the throat, Evans said. They also made him swallow something, he said, telling him he was "going to see Jesus" and made disparaging remarks about his family, including "one particular family member."

One officer parked his cruiser behind the station and watched the beating, the activist alleged. Evans showed reporters photographs he said depicted Driver lying a hospital bed with a tube in his mouth.

One of the officers named in the arrest report is Hispanic and has a history of harassing African-Americans, Evans said. Driver also wrote on the paper towels that he knows the officer who beat him, Evans said. Winston Driver said at the news conference that after his brother dropped him off, he saw flashing lights from the house and went back outside.

"The officer I spoke with, he was real rude," he said. "The guy was out of control, basically." He said he searched for his brother for two days, only to be told he wasn't in the system. "I got totally upset about it," he said. Nothing in the police report indicates Driver was being combative or resisting arrest, Evans said.
"It is a shame how this man was treated. This is a man that was being arrested supposedly for only having traffic warrants, and traffic warrants turned into a severe beating of this magnitude."

He said he had spoken to Donald Driver, but would not divulge details of the conversation, saying only that "he is absolutely concerned about the condition of his father."

Another of Driver's sons, Michael, told reporters, "if we can't trust these people, who can we trust? ... I think that my father was targeted for being black."

A "What The Fuck Were You Thinking?" Edition #2

Now, I know many of you were in store to see Donovan McNaab's face in this post for his recent f-up in the game and interview about his "not knowing about a tie in the NFL". But poor soul already has Philly in a steady raucous of hate. So I had to scrounge around for something ...

So here we are, and before you click "Play", please kids ... I know it's hard to do the boogie down bronx and get silly with it on a dance floor, but I think Soulja Boy and VLC might wanna make a remake of "Get Silly" with this shit in here, because that's simply what this is.

Notice how she tries to do something 'ghetto' mid part and be sure not to blink at the closing seconds.

I'll leave you all to judge ...

Week 11 NFL Predix

FANS: Cooley! Cooley! Cooley!

Man, time flies by like a motherfucker, doesn't it? I mean from Week One to now Week Eleven is about to be set into the books. It's time we get set for the grand daddy of em all in another month or two. The most hated rivalry this date is going to clash off once again Sunday night.

Yep, you know it ... Skins vs. Cowgirls.

More Kanyeezy' ...

Thanks to DefSounds for this piece ...

I was browsing their site, and found another interesting piece (I'm on a roll) and found some more Kanye news, just when you thought it wasn't enough out already. Well this might upset MX a little, but as the title of the topic I got this from said, "Kanye to Quit the Music Industry?"

Yeah, press play and check it ...

Lil Wayne Gon' Country??

Last night, I happened to stroll through the channels and happen to see that the Country Music Awards was on. Kid Rock was currently in the mid-part of his song, "All Summer Long". A few minutes of watching the rest of the performance, I happen to notice none other than "Weezy F. Baby" in the background, partying like a 'rockstar' with the guitar hero look, strumming it.

Well not really, he basically played along, mimmicking the movement and everything. A true surprise to see that, didn't know if anyone else had spotted it or seen the show.

For some reason, I'm now in the mood for a good Heineken Light beer and some fried chicken.

Drummer For Jimi Hendrix Found Dead

Just found this out ... thanks to Yahoo Music

Mitch Mitchell, drummer for the legendary Jimi Hendrix Experience of the 1960s and the group's last surviving member, was found dead in his hotel room early Wednesday. He was 61.

Mitchell was a powerful force on the Hendrix band's 1967 debut album "Are You Experienced?" as well as the trio's albums "Electric Ladyland" and "Axis: Bold As Love." He had an explosive drumming style that can be heard in hard-charging songs such as "Fire" and "Manic Depression."

The Englishman had been drumming for the Experience Hendrix Tour, which performed Friday in Portland. It was the last stop on the West Coast part of the tour.

Hendrix died in 1970. Bass player Noel Redding died in 2003.

An employee at Portland's Benson Hotel called police after discovering Mitchell's body.

Erin Patrick, a deputy medical examiner, said Mitchell apparently died of natural causes. An autopsy was planned.

"He was a wonderful man, a brilliant musician and a true friend," said Janie Hendrix, chief executive of the Experience Hendrix Tour andJimi Hendrix' stepsister. "His role in shaping the sound of the Jimi Hendrix Experience cannot be underestimated."

Bob Merlis, a spokesman for the tour, said Mitchell had stayed in Portland for a four-day vacation and planned to leave Wednesday.

"It was a devastating surprise," Merlis said. "Nobody drummed like he did."

He said he saw Mitchell perform two weeks ago in Los Angeles, and the drummer appeared to be healthy and upbeat.

Merlis said the tour was designed to bring together veteran musicians who had known Hendrix — like Mitchell — and younger artists, such as Grammy-nominated winner Jonny Lang, who have been influenced by him.

Mitchell was a one-of-a-kind drummer whose "jazz-tinged" style was influenced by Max Roach and Elvin Jones, Merlis said. The work was a vital part of both the Jimi Hendrix Experience in the 1960s and the Experience Hendrix Tour that ended last week, he said.

"If Jimi Hendrix were still alive," Merlis said, "he would have acknowledged that."

During his career Mitchell played with the best in the business — not just Hendrix, but also Eric ClaptonJohn Lennon, the Rolling Stones,Jack BruceJeff Beck, Muddy Waters and others.

Mitchell was a member of a later version of the Jimi Hendrix Experience that performed the closing set of the Woodstock Festivalin August 1969 — where Hendrix played a psychedelic version of "The Star-Spangled Banner" before the band launched into "Purple Haze."

The Jimi Hendrix Experience was inducted into the Rock Hall of Fame in 1992. According to the Hall of Fame, Mitchell was born July 9, 1947, in Ealing, England.

Hendrix, Redding and Mitchell held their first rehearsal in October 1966, according to the Hall of Fame's Web site.

In an interview last month with the Boston Herald, Mitchell said he met Hendrix "in this sleazy little club."

"We did some Chuck Berry and took it from there," Mitchell told the newspaper. "I suppose it worked."

What The Hell Was They Thinking? Edition #1

So many failed attempts I know at editions. What can I say, I try to go hard, but things just come up. So in this premiere, I'll be giving you two posts, in forgiveness ... yeah, that's all I ask for.

Today I was surfing DatPiff, I love that place, it has the news and the needs for addicted mixtape listeners ...

So while looking through what they had today, I found an interesting topic. Quite hilarious, but then at the same time, "ghey". I'll let you see for yourself.

10 seconds into the clip, a boxer kisses his opponent on the neck then got knocked the hell out. You'll see it closer up at the "1:32" mark.

Now I know boxing has been owned most of the time by the MMA market, but with crap like this ... it's disturbing. First it was having to worry about your ear being bitten off, now you have to worry about your opponent sneaking in a kiss on your neck. 0.0

808 and Heartbreak A Double Disc??

Now I know MX, usually is on Kanye news ... but I'm pretty sure he's all up in GoW2, killing and doing his damn thing ... which I wish I could be doing, but when you're broke ....

You're broke.

So I searched around, searching and searching ... and came up on some news to blog about and DatPiff surely hit a nice spot. So here's the low-down ... or should I say 'lockdown'

-----------------

As if being a trend setter wasn't enough, Chicago MC Kanye West has now coined his own genre of music. In a recent interview during a press day for 808's & Heartbreak, Kanye says that his latest sound is no longer Hip Hop--it's "Pop Art."

"Pop is such a clear lane and stuff for people to kinda do like bullshit music and it'll still work. So what happens if you take a person that is like super credible in the Hip Hop world--it's like I conquered this world now I'm coming into the lane where it's like just bullshit being made and be like "Nah, ok such and such--you gotta compete with THIS, and THIS has like seventy-two bars of real life lyrics from MY life that I wrote" said Kanye.

"Now compete with that, and I'm gonna perform it and people'll believe what I'm saying because they know my story. So I created a new genre of music and Itunes can chose to use it or not but this is called "Pop Art"--and that's what I want it to say in Itunes.."Pop Art"  he continued.

You can check out the entire interview below.

Shawn Marion makes me sad

Okay, if you knew me, (and I am assuming no one does) then you would know I am a huge basketball fan. The most beautiful thing in the world to me is the sight of a pure shooter shooting a jump shot.

Sorry, Eva Mendes, you're #2 on my list.

Anyways, back to my original thought. Right now, I am watching the New Orleans Hornets play the Miami Heat. A tear came to my eye while watching the game. Not because the game was that good, or because I had something in my eye, (which is my usual excuse), but because of Shawn Marions disgusting jump shot. Shawn Marion has one of the worse jump shots you will ever, ever see. Typically, you don't see jump shots that ugly outside of youth basketball camps, much less in the NBA. How Marion actually gets that atrocity of a jump shot to go in the basket and not get it stuffed back in his face will always be a mystery to me. Right now, I am calling out all of his middle school and high school coaches for not fixing that abomination earlier in his career.

But kudos to you Shawn, for making millions of dollars in the NBA, and having a jump shot that looks worse than mine.

Marions shot:

The best to ever do it...beautiful:

WEEK 10 NFL FOOSE'BALL PREDIX

"Get Ya Popcorn Read-ay!"

As the season gets closer and closer to the playoffs with week number ten ... things are shaping up. The NFC East by far is at best, AFC West has an undetermined leader as everyone is seemingly looking to build something up for the next seven weeks. Yes, seven more fucking weeks before playoffs then the Superbowl ... then it's back to Sundays being bored as fuck. All that's being on television is repeats and infomercials, like as if we're going to buy rubber towels that soak up gallons of water and liquids.

College Football being no more in a few more weeks as well as they prepare for the bowl games and then the NFL draft for the Seniors ... so it'll be a busy off-season and such ... yada yada yada yada ...

Oh yeah ... there is basketball ... totally forgot, my bad ...

New Orleans Saints at Atlanta Falcons - It's just something about those Saints ... the fans, Bree's warm-up Speech.

Tennessee Titans at Chicago Bears  - Someone please end this 'fantasy trip' ...

Jacksonville Jaguars
 at Detroit Lions - 'No-Brainer'

Seattle Seahawks at Miami Dolphins - Miami has found their swagger ...

Green Bay Packers at Minnesota Vikings - This is a big fucking rivalry game ... plus I have faith in Vikings to beat Packs, unlike last time ... Sorry MX ...  =)

Buffalo Bills
at New England Patriots - Patriots are eh .... I like Buffalo in this one.

St. Louis Rams at New York Jets - And so I would pick Rams, but their star back isn't playing (I think cramps or something) ... so it'll be slightly one-dimensional.

Baltimore Ravens at Houston Texans - I like dem' Ravens ....

Carolina Panthers at Oakland Raiders - Steve Smith will whip Al Davis's ass!

Indianapolis Colts at Pittsburgh Steelers - Peyton Manning will get his team out of the rut.

Kansas City Chiefs at San Diego Chargers - The Power Of Blue and Gold

New York Giants at Philadelphia Eagles - It'll help my Skins' in the standings.

San Francisco 49ers at Arizona Cardinals - I think Singletary's antics will lead to a shape up in 'San Fran' ...

DeAngelo Hall Signs With the Redskins ...

"I Got Five On It ..."

Yes, sports news as usual from me, and now underneath my nose, my Skins' signed Hall to a one year contract, in what I consider is a "proving ground" move. If he can do something, maybe he'll get signed to a few more years. Now I know we got Rogers and he's had a comeback year so far ...

but we need more turnovers ... it comes to him, and somehow he manages to drop them. So hopefully this may up his game and help both and something magically could happen.

If Hall is ready by next Sunday (Sunday following this upcoming Sunday), and Cowboys come to town, and he shows his proverbial skills he had back in ATL, then hell yeah ...

I think Dan Snyder has become my favorite owner again ...

We'll see how things work ... expect my predix' for week 10 later tonight or tommorow.

Papparazzi's Just Don't Understand ...

I don't understand the 'Pap' ... They need to know when borders are reached ...

Las Vegas authorities have issued a warrant for the arrest of New York rapper Mos Def.

According to TMZ, the rapper/actor is being sought after on charges of felony robbery and malicious destruction of personal property. Professional photographer Volker Corell is alleging the Brooklyn-bred emcee is responsible for reacting violently upon having images taken of him at the Men's Apparel and Garment Industry Convention (MAGIC) in Nevada back in August.

Corell, who was an official photographer for the event, claims Mos removed a camera from his neck and smashed it on to the ground before leaving the scene with the damaged parts. He has also reportedly attained a cut on his left hand following the rapper's attack.

A rep for Mos was unavailable for comment at press time.

In related news, the rapper is currently prepping the release of his upcoming fourth solo album The Ecstatic set to drop this winter.

The project's first single "Life in Marvelous Times" came out on Election Day as an ITunes exclusive.

The Ecstatic is currently scheduled to drop on Tuesday, February 9.

Def Jam's Vice Prez Dead...

Def Jam Record’s Vice-President, Shakir Stewart, died today from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.  According to Def Jam, Stewart's body was found in Atlanta. Some sources say Stewart shot himself in his home. No further details of the suicide, have emerged.  “LA Reid and all of us at Island Def Jam Music Group are deeply saddened by the passing of our dear friend and colleague Shakir Stewart,” Def Jam said in a statement released to VIBE today. “Shakir was an amazing man, in every sense of the word.  A truly incredible friend and father who was an inspiration to not only our artists and employees, but to his family and the many people who had the privilege of counting him as a friend. Our hearts and prayers go out to his family at this very difficult time.”  On June 3, Stewart was promoted to VP of Def Jam, where he reported directly to his mentor, Island Def Jam’s chairman, Antonio “L.A.” Reid. Shakir, who was mainly seen dressed sharp as a tac, was based in New York and Los Angeles. Prior to his newest position, Stewart served as the Senior Vice President of A&R at Def Jam, where he signed acts ranging from Rick Ross, to Young Jeezy.  Stewart was always a hustler. An Oakland, California native, Stewart graduated from Morehouse College in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing. He later began to work the promotions scene in Atlanta, while trying to figure out how to meet his idol, L.A. Reid.

In a twist of fate, he soon found himself working under Reid, as a young, hotshot, 20-something exec. In 1999, Stewart was hired as the Senior Vice President and General Manager at Reid’s publishing company, Hitco.  In outtakes from a candid interview with me from VIBE’s August issue, Stewart said the Hitco position was great, but, “To be honest with you Linda, I didn’t know what the hell I was doing.” Yet, his track record proved otherwise. In 2000, Reid hired Stewart as an A&R consultant at LaFace Records, where he signed R&B starlet Ciara.  By 2004, both Reid and Stewart moved on to Def Jam, where Stewart admitted both men felt like the odd men out, and as some coined them, the “R&B guys,” Stewart said. But what strengthened Stewart to stay was his fascination with the iconic brand that took hip hop from the streets to the boardroom.  “I remember the first time I heard, ‘Rock The Bells’, ‘Paul Revere,’” Stewart reminisced. “Growing up, the first time I heard of the brand [Def Jam] was definitely LL Cool J and the Beastie Boys. So coming in and getting an opportunity to work with that label, like LL Cool J? That’s an honor. I’m working on his project right now. It’s not even like a job for me.”

Microsoft Doubles Reward For A Missing "Xbox" Gamer ...

So in a story I woke up to when getting on the net ... Yahoo displayed this article ... peep this ...

US software behemoth Microsoft has doubled a cash reward for information on the whereabouts of a Canadian boy who ran away from home after his father took away his Xbox game console, it said Tuesday.

Brandon Crisp, 15, took off on his bicycle from his Barrie, Ontario home on October 13 -- Canada's Thanksgiving holiday -- and rode east along an old rail line.

He has not been seen since.

His father told local media he had removed Brandon's Xbox, built by Microsoft, after noticing changes in behavior since Brandon started playing "Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare" online.

The boy started skipping school, stealing money and ignoring his studies, his father said.

A local newspaper, the family's Internet service provider and Child Find offered a 25,000-dollar (19,500-dollar US) reward for information leading to his return.

Microsoft topped it up with another 25,000 dollars, the company said Tuesday in an email to AFP, "hoping for his swift return."

"Like everyone, we are deeply worried about the disappearance of Brandon Crisp," the company said.

Exhaustive searches have not turned up a single clue beyond the boy's bicycle, found last week with a flat tire.

Police are said to be examining who Brandon played with online. "Law enforcement has contacted Microsoft about this matter and we are cooperating fully with them," said Microsoft.

On Sunday, 1,600 volunteer searchers packed up their reflective vests and ended their efforts to find him, while police stopped their air and water search.

In an interview with the daily Globe and Mail, the boy's father, Steve Crisp, said he had not known how important the gaming system was to his son and how he would react when it was taken away

Experts commented that gamers may form bonds with fellow online players.

"This had become his identity, and I didn't realize how in-depth this was until I took his Xbox away," Steve Crisp told the Globe and Mail. "That's like cutting his legs off."

"This is such an issue that hits every parent out there, with video games that are starting to control our kids' lives," he said.

"I just took away his identity, so I can understand why he got so mad and took off. Before, I couldn't understand why he was taking off for taking his game away."

Now, Brandon's father says he just wants his son to come home.

Hopefully they find the missing kid, for those that see this or heard about the news, be a hero .... and get rewarded for it. *Salutes*

El DeBarge Gone To Prison ..

Remember this cat? I sure as hell don't ... I don't have long-ranging memory unfortunately...

El DeBarge, the legendary singer and founder of the sibling group DeBarge, was sentenced Tuesday evening to two-years in prison following a Los Angeles drug bust.

DeBarge will serve in California State Prison in Lancaster. The singer was arrested after cops noticed he had two warrants out for his arrest. Cops reportedly found crack cocaine in his possession. DeBarge was still on parole for a 2007 drug bust.

Last year, El, real name Patrick Eldra DeBarge, was charged with everything from drugs, and vandalism, to domestic violence. He has been locked up immediately, following his sentencing yesterday.

The D.R.E Sues ...

Been searching through the 'urban grapevines' and found out on Vibe about this situation ... For those who haven't heard of the news and whatnot ...

In "Rollin' With Dre: The Unauthorized Account," Dr. Dre's former right-hand man tells all concerning his heyday hanging with the legendary West Coast producer. But now Dre has something to tell Bruce: Give me my money.

On Tuesday, Dr. Dre filed a lawsuit against Williams alleging he owes him $101,377.85. The money was reportedly given to Williams as a loan,
TMZ reports. Though no further details of the suit has surfaced, Williams has been described as a "best friend" of Dr. Dre, and is fondly known as "Uncle Bruce."

"Rollin' With Dre," published by Random House, was released in March.

Former NFL MVP (Hopefully) Gets Back Into The Fold ...

"Former NFL MVP Shaun Alexander will visit the Washington Redskins on Tuesday and undergo a physical with the team. If all goes according to plan, Alexander could be a Redskin by the end of Tuesday. The Redskins are seeking another back with Ladell Betts nursing a knee injury. Alexander had drawn interest from the Bengals and Saints, but neither had opted to sign him. Now the Redskins could. Tuesday could be Alexander’s day"

Sad Day

"Hey, Remember Me?"

You know, it's time like these when fans at home see this snapshot from their team's opponents with the last few seconds on the clock. Then you cheer and hope with a turkey wishbone that it gets blocked or a gust of winds sends it slanting sideways. Well ... today it happened twice, once in Atlanta which I was glad for, and in Washington, which I damn sure wasn't happy.

Seeing your team lose brilliantly to a winless team thanks to some rookie receiver grabbing a "game" catch causing the kick. Note, their kicker who was formerly with the Seahawks did the same two years ago, playoff time, in which he missed it. Today was "redemption" and he got it.

Redskins were counted as to win by 15, yet lose by 2 ... yeah, so here I am, watching this Arizona/Dallas game with a few shots of JD already in, hoping for Fallas to lose ... ((hopefully))

Ghey, real ghey ....

Hate Family

Here's another one for the pages, people. Jesus God I swear one of these finer days I'm just going to land one of those Chuck Norris kicks on my cousins. So I find out my cousin is talking shit about me to her friend(s)(or people who talk to her cause she has a car and seems slightly useful) now she trying to act like she's in the right kicking me out of her room. All right, kid, you think you slick? I got you, holmes. I don't care if I have to walk up the fucking hill and break into Long Mountain to get home, I don't want a ride home from you. I don't want to see you. I don't want to hear you OR my name out of your mouth. You screwed up bad because I'm one of the only legit people who gives a damn whether you live or die but that's cool. You're cool, yeah.

You're so cool that I'm gonna ignore your dumb ass until you get the point that no matter what you shouldn't talk shit about people especially when it's not true. I don't talk shit about you, if anything written here it's the truth about the situation but I caught you holmes. Fake chick. One minute you want to talk to me about your love life but next time you saying something else about me? How I'm okay enough for you to talk about things you don't tell nobody else but another minute I'm not cool enough? If that's how you feel, pack your shit and head down to your friend's house and stay the fuck out my way. This is why we end up dating every kind of women EXCEPT black women. Then they turn around confused and bitter about why. Can't deal with these trifling women. Steal the damn joy out of your heart.

NFL Week 5 Perdix'

Week Five Match-Ups / Predictions

Tennessee Titans @  Baltimore Ravens

- This game, I give to the Ravens, although taking the horrid loss to Steelers, I like the defense definitely against the Titan’s Offense.

San Diego Chargers @ Miami Dolphins

- Yes, we know the Dolphins shocked the world and New England with that win, using that tricky offensive formation and it’s plays. However it won’t work this week. Chargers win.

Washington Redskins @ Philadelphia Eagles

- I have to take my Skins’ … we showed them Cowboys we aren’t playing around. We coming into Philly and getting the win.

Seattle Seahawks @ New York Giants

As much as I like the ‘Hawks’ .. I have to go with the 3-0 peeps. Even without Burress, they will find a way.

Indianapolis Colts @ Houston Texans

- Yeah, Texans finally being able to come home and finally play their home game in the Reliant Stadium. It’s going to be an emotional game, for sure. Still, these are the “Colts” they’re facing. It’s going to be a tough game, but Colts pull through.

Kansas City Chiefs @ Carolina Panthers

- KC is terrible. They found their swag against the Broncos, but this is Panthers … just too powerful.

Atlanta Falcons @ Green Bay Packers

- Packs’ are a bit banged up, not quite sure if Rodgers is going to be in the line-up. Last I heard, they were giving the majority of snaps to former LSU QB, Matt Flynn, so I’m not sure how it turns out. The ‘Dirty Birds’ to take it.

Chicago Bears @ Detroit Lions - UPSET #1

- A fucking UPSET. Lions firing their Prez and getting one to fill it … It’s going to be a feel-good game, if only not the fucking QB of the Lions keep jinxing the record. Yeah, I know it’s the BEARS, their D, the offense, OMG HOW COULD YOU PICK THE LIONS!!!1. But I like taking chances … They have a high-octane offense too.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers @ Denver Broncos

- The Bucs had a great victory against the Packs’ last week. A feel-good victory for the team. However this is yet another week. Broncos coming off a disasterous lost … they’ll look to rebound … greatly in this one.

Buffalo Bills @ Arizona Cardinals

- Man, if this isn’t a tough match-up. Two teams that are certainly under the radar. I like Buffalo Bills certainly, the ‘Cinderella’ like team. However Cards have a wicked offense and with Warner as the QB, pulling off the awesome numbers he have. Especially how they came back in the 3rd and 4th … Crazy. They’re going to like ending the Bills’ win streak.

New England Patriots @ San Francisco 49ers

- Being demolished by a sub-par team is definitely not a good look. A week to think about and grasp back onto their handlebars, this week may be different … then again …

Cincinnati Bengals @ Dallas Cowboys - UPSET #2

- Shit, this could be a true fucking upset. The 0-4 Bengals beating so-called “America’s Team”? Holy fuckin’ shit, “Ocho Cinco” was right!!!

Will he really kiss Dallas’s star?

Pittsburgh Steelers @ Jacksonville Jaguars

- Oh yes, it’s still fucking true, Jacksonville is a hard team. You know what happened last season? It’s going to happen again.

Minnesota Vikings @ New Orleans Saints

- I like the Saints, yes I’d usually choose the Vikes, but they disappointed me the last they were on ESPN Monday Night. I like Saints, plus they’re home … Who wouldn’t pick the Saints. Yeaaahhhhhhh

- That wraps up a 2-week gap of missed predix. Stay tuned for more and hopefully my football junkies enjoy theirselves and the games today.
